advanced CONTROL engineering (aFe CONTROL), a division of aFe POWER, develops and manufactures high quality, chassis and suspension products for several performance vehicle platforms for the street, track and off-road. From coilovers to shock dampers and lowering springs to sway bars, aFe CONTROL utilizes our engineering philosophy to constantly improve vehicle handling characteristics on the asphalt and on the dirt.

aFe CONTROL began in 2014 after advanced FLOW Engineering (aFe POWER) acquired Pfadt Race Engineering, a leading aftermarket Corvette and Camaro suspension component company. One year later, in 2015, aFe acquired Sway-A-Way's high performance, race-proven off-road racing shock division which included Sway-A-Way, Kuster and RaceRunner brands. These acquisitions complemented aFe POWER’s commitment to improving and offering premium suspension products for car and truck enthusiasts. Today aFe offers Sway-A-Way, RaceRunner & Kuster Performance and Race Suspension, Pfadt Featherlight & Johnny O’Connell shocks and coilovers which are all tested and manufactured in the USA.

Founded in 1999 aFe POWER is headquartered in Corona, CA, with facilities in Riverside and Indianapolis, IN., totaling over 200,000 square feet for engineering, manufacturing, Research & Development and warehouse distribution. The aFe product line includes over 4,500 applications, which are designed, developed and manufactured in-house. Current product lines include; cold air intake systems, high performance direct fit and racing air filters, exhaust systems, intercoolers, turbochargers, programmers, diesel fuel systems, throttle body spacers, suspension and more. aFe is passionate about providing the most compelling, innovative, and highest performing products out there.
